First thing is YOU MUST BE THE BOSS!!! When the aggressive behavior first starts STOP IT!! You don't need to be mean or even rough with the dog, but you do need to be firm. Jerk the leash a little (don't PULL on it) and CALMLY say NO. Be very consistent in the roll of the pack leader and the dog will happily fall in to the roll of follower. Just let her know that she is not in control, YOU ARE!!!.

put her outside and tell them to sit down let her in if she comes up to them tell your friends to put out thier hands.[tell them NOT to pet her intil her tail wags. tell them to say her name.]
