I wouldn't call them "sheep" dogs as they are more a guardian type dog (hence the reason they are in the Working Group with AKC)

Dogs breed to HERD sheep are rarely white as they blend in with the sheep and get no respect..lol.. Livestock Guardian breeds are almost always white or mostly white so they do blend in with the sheep. Great Pyrenees, Maremmas and Kuzavaz are a few LGD.
