i have check her ears and thats not the problem. she has curly, fuzzy hair and is kind of oily.

Maybe she has some type of infection. Call the vet and ask them or just take her in. Why is her skin oily? Is it her breath?

you need to change her diet,some dogs as they get older need a different diet,check out the dog biscuits for older dogs,you might check her teeth,charcoal tablets bought at a pet food store can also help,please don't give her bar b q charcoal there are to many chemicals in them you will kill her

Try to towel dry her completely after the bath. You can take her to the groomer's for a bath, and see if she still smells any after. They will bathe her and dry her completely before sending her home.
