Well everyone been telling me i should get vitiamins and I'm thinking about doing it and plus is it like hair vitiman or just vitimans.
If you read my posts i hope it don't cost much b/c i'm saving up for a dog..

I use prenatal vitamins. They are good for you even if you aren't pregnant (by the way, I'm not). But my hair is growing fabulously! I got mine here in FL at a grocery store for 4.99

Prenatal vitamins and a healthy diet help but it really is genetic so good luck.

Just message your scalp twice a week with an excellent hair cream, like Carrot Oil or Olive Oil, keep you hair washed and conditioned. Remove damage ends, and this will help you.
