I thought she had been stung by a bee and because it near her tail and she cant really reach that area, she had managed to pull out the hair and left a bare patch, how can I dry up this area

It is most likly a hot spot. Clean it with peroxide and put neosporn on it. do this at least once a day

Cotton wool with warm water and antibiotics on it.

This will clean it up and make sure no infections occur.

Keep an eye on it though.

Yea it sounds like a hot spot, I just dealt with this a couple of weeks ago on my pekingese. The vet gave me oral medicine to give to her, and told me to put antiotobitic treatment (cut medicine) on it. It went away fast after that.
